We recommend you take your second Bikram Yoga class as soon as possible after your first class — Within 24 hours if possible. You have awakened and stimulated every system in your body with your first class; even if you feel like all you did was struggle and sweat. Your second class will accelerate this process exponentially. While you will feel some of the benefits of this practice after just a class or two, we recommend that you take at least 10 classes as close together as possible to feel like a new person inside and out.
  • No need to pre-register, just show up at the studio 20 minutes early. New Students MUST arrive 20 minutes early
  • The waiver is available on line or you can fill it out at the studio. *Under 18 must have waiver signed by parent/guardian prior to attending 1st class. *No Children under 13.
  • Come well hydrated. Proper hydration starts 24 hours before you take class & is a huge part of your success. We recommend at least 8 glasses of water in the 24 hours prior. Slow down on the water 2 hours before class so you don't practice on a full bladder!
  • Wear very light workout clothing. Men wear shorts or swim trunks women wear shorts and sports top. Make sure its stretchy so you can move around easily (No long pants please).
  • For each class you will need a mat, one large towel, and a bottle of water. Consider bringing an extra towel if you plan to shower after class. All of these items are available for rent or purchase at the studio.
  • Classes begin promptly, the instructor will lock the front door when class begins.
  • The studio has showers and changing rooms for your convenience.
